TIME TO RING IN SPRING WITH A
CRAWFISH & SHRIMP BOILING PARTY
| LAST YEAR WE COOKED 80 POUNDS OF MUD BUGS AND 51 POUNDS OF SHRIMP |
We will be cooking up a mess of mud bugs and shrimp and having a party on the lake. If these savory critters are not your style, you are still welcome to come out and party with us. We will have a grill for you to use. We will also have the volleyball net set up for anyone who wants to start up a game.

THE PLAN:
2pm - The party starts. You can show up any time and stay as long as you wish. Bring a camp chair and hang out. If you have some newspapers lying around, bring them. We can use them to line the tables. BYOB - no glass!
4pm to 8pm - We will be boiling up the bugs and shrimp in batches. You are welcome to bring things like Andouille sausage or chicken drumsticks to throw into the pots. You can also bring a SMALL side dish to share with the party.
8pm to ??? - The party continues.
>>>>> The lake's low water level has closed most of the boat ramps, except the ramp at this park! If you have a boat and want to bring it out to the party, you can launch right there.

** VERY IMPORTANT**: You must indicate in your comments how many pounds of shrimp and/or crawfish you want - in whole pound increments. I will use this information to order the food on Friday morning. No comment equals no bugs or shrimps for you. Once I submit the order, you will be held liable for the food you order.
These are the final costs.
Cost of crawfish per pound: $4.50
Cost of shrimp per pound: $7.50
DEADLINE
I will be placing the food order the morning of Friday April 17th. The cut off time for your crawfish and/or shrimp order is 10am.
